Nothing like a mothers love!

boy oh boy oh boy.  boys.

noah is in love with his “girlfriend” Mimi.  he talks about her ALL the time.  anytime he gets something, he wants to get one for mimi.  this past week Noah and Mimi were seperated into seperate classes as he’s older. 

Today Noah saw her in her new class playing with a new little boy.  little matthew.  on the way home from school, noah and I have the following conversation, word for word:

Noah:  I don’t like little matthew… me: why…him:he was being Mimi’s friend, and I am the only one to be Mimi’s friend , when he gets older I’m gonna beat him up.

Now, Mimi is usually like this when Noah’s plays with other girls. 

He continued to go on how him and Mimi are only each others friends and they weren’t supposed to play with ANYONE else.  I was cracking up laughing.  He kept going on and on about how she was playing with the other boy and she wasn’t supposed to.

 

we’re going to disney..  we’re leaving here on Sept 28 driving straight to orlando, then going to a wedding and checking into the disney hotel on the 30th……..

now.  here’s the tough part.  do we get a moderate room, stay 4 days/3 nights.  or do we go value 5days/4 nights.  its about the same for both..to do moderate for 5/4 it’s $200 more.  our schedule works either way.  i am so excited lots more to talk out here.

i’ll start with the boring stuff that makes me sad.  my baby has a double ear infection, pus coming out of both ears, and eye infection, and a sinus infection.  poor thing.  he still just smiles and laughs and plays, love him soooooooo much.  Got him some antibiotic that cost $50…and what do ya know, we get home and noah was reaching for something on the counter and knocked it off.  lucky for me the pharmacy is refilling it, without calling the dr, who, wouldn’t respond until 10 monday am.

hmmm, something fun to blog about…

I need a glass of wine.  I have developed a liking to a certain kind of wine.  Riesling, not many people drink it.  It’s a german wine.  SOOO GOOD.  All I need is one glass and I am relaxed and tony is gettin him some, LOL.  wow, i sure wish I had some now.  anyone wanna run to the pharmacy and the wine store??  It’s only $7-$10 a bottle, the bottle will last me a week!

Noah started his preschool class today.  They haven’t really started classes, just switched rooms.  He was so excited, he said “i ate AND slept in Mrs Kelly’s room”.  He did so well.  I thought he’d be so sad he wasn’t with Mimi anymore.  He did well.  My baby is growing up. 

Ya know, the more I think about it, the more I think I am not cut out to make hte bday cake of Noah’s dreams…he’s gonna have to deal with the walmart special…LOL…he really isn’t having a big party.  I’ll take him and Mimi to chuckee cheese then back to my mom’s for cake and ice cream with  my family!  I am doing these cheap small parties while I still have the opportunity!

 I better shut up, I can go on forever.

i was going drive thru at wendy’s…(suprise)…anyway.  I was totally aggravated.  SOOOOOOO aggravated.  I had sat in the drive thru for OVER 20 min.  It  was a bit busy.  I FINALLY got to the window to pay and I gave the guy 2 tens.  He then turned to give my my change (the wrong change at that) and he ONLY HAD ONE ARM.

 I felt so bad.  One of my best friends quotes is “busier than a one armed wallpaper hanger” so the first thing I thought of was her.  the second thing I thought of was this poor guy stuck in the drive thru window..taking orders, taking money, making drinks, and serving food.  No wonder I was in the drive thru line for freakin ever.

I did feel bad.  Now I have learned I need to be patient, and, Wendy’s shouldn’t make the one armed guy run the drive thru by hisself. 

 Jacob is cutting his second tooth.  I wish it would just hurry.  i want to sleep tonight.

 

took the boys swimming.  jacob couldn’t really get in and have too much fun because he’s got some ear infection.  but, noah had a BLAST.  as did I.  I cannot wait to go again.  too bad we really don’t have a swimming pool really close that we have access to.  the one we went to today was about 30 min away.

all this after working today!  What a good day.  I have to blog about this cake I made over the weekend, i tried last night and the website crashed and it got LOST IN SPACE.  i was so aggravated.

I am going to make a list of things I want to blog about so I don’t forget:   my cake, noahs cake that he wants, noah’s birthday, noah’s girlfriend, noah in karate, jacob and walking, jacob and noah, jacobs FIRST birthday, stupid people, road rage, computer addiction, favorite memories, fav TV shows….just so i have a few days worth of blogs…christmas presents………OY!  can’t wait!  oh ya, and the one armed drive thru guy.

I am new at this.  It may be highly repetitive for my close friends, or, I may suprise ya.  I am going to try to make this interesting.  I will try to post on new and fun things.  Probably about my kids!  So, here’s to a great time blogging!
